HurriWhalers Special Edition Custom Jerseys
These are special custom jerseys, combining the colors of the Hartford Whalers with the logos and jersey design of the Carolina Hurricanes. The jersey and crest are modeled after the black 3rd jersey that the Hurricanes wore from 2008-2017. The shoulder logo is the flag seen on their current black home jersey.
The base of the jersey is made by Athletic Knit, and has double-reinforced elbows, like the jerseys seen on-ice. These jerseys are cut similar to the CCM 550/6100 jerseys from the late 90’s and early 2000’s. The crest and jersey lettering is made of fully stitched tackle twill, and the shoulder logos are a combination of twill and flock.
All customization on these jerseys is done in the Island Jerseys workshop. Purchase includes the jersey customized with any name and number.
