  • Where are you located?

    I am in Suffolk County, NY.

  • How do i get my jersey to you?

    You can either ship your jersey with a carrier of your choice, or drop your jersey off locally.

  • Can you meet locally?

    Yes! I will try to set up a meetup location that is best for both parties.

  • How do you ship your jerseys?

    For shipments in the US, I ship via USPS. For large shipments and international packages, I ship via UPS.

  • How do I pay?

    Once your jersey(s) are complete, an invoice will be sent to your email.

  • Can i have a jersey shipped directly from a supplier?

    Yes!

Customization faq’s

  • What is your turnaround time?

    For orders including 1-3 jerseys, general turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. Orders including 4 or more jerseys will take longer.

    If you need your jersey sooner, rush service is available for certain services.

  • Can I Get an Update?

    If we are still within the quoted timeline, I will not answer ANY messages asking for an update.

    If your order goes past the estimated completion date, you may ask for an update and I will provide an explanation of the delays.

  • Can i provide my own kit?

    Yes! Please include this in your order notes. This also applies to patches.

    NOTE: If you provide your own kit, I will use it EXACTLY as it is. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the kit they provide.

  • Where do you get your kits?

    For most jerseys, kits are made in house.

    Jerseys that require more complicated kits, those are ordered from trusted sources.

  • is there anything you refuse to do?

    I will refuse to work on any request that is blatantly racist or culturally offensive. For any jerseys that include profanity, please contact me directly before submitting the customization form.

  • Do you charge extra to add a captain patch or front numbers?

    No! My listed pricing includes the entire kit, including captain/alternate patches and front numbers for hockey jerseys.

    This only applies if you are ordering a full name/number customization. Adding a C/A on its own is not free (obviously).

  • Do you keep jerseys and patches in stock?

    I keep a small stock of blank jerseys and patches that are sold blank/loose or with customization.

  • Can you do decorative stitching?

    I do not offer decorative stitching at the moment. If you have a jersey that normally has decorative stitching, I can customize it without the decorative stitching or refer you do a customizer that can.
